There's a problem student in the office right now. It's really strange, though. He was my student last year at Horikawa Elementary School. I think he lived in America for a little bit, because he was my best student at that school. Once he started at junior high school this year, he started faking sickness every day in class. Then he reached a point where he started coming into school late (12:30) every day, just in time for lunch, but having missed 4 classes. I don't know what's wrong with him, because he seemed to be totally fine last year, even a nice kid.

He just showed up around 12:00 today, and the teachers called his family or something. Anyway, they told him to leave school, but he wouldn't go and started throwing stuff in the office and stuff. Now he's just sitting on the floor. Anyway, it's really sad because he is only 12, and in the Japanese system, once you get behind, it's nearly impossible to catch up. He's just headed for trouble.
