Australia is right around the bend. I guess my parents have already started their journey. Victoria and I are going to Osaka tomorrow night, to spend the weekend there. It was her idea, and it is a good one. Since we are already paying for the train, we might as well enjoy the city a little. We have a reservation at our favorite chain of hotels, Toyoko Inn.

On Sunday we'll fly to Melbourne, via Hong Kong. I think we'll be quite tired when we arrive. Unfortunately, we are only staying in Melbourne for that day. It would be nice to stay a bit longer, but our parents will be waiting in Sydney for a couple days already. So we have to move on.
